Additional Information
In order to enjoy the best selection if our spa treatments and services, we highly recommend that you make reservations at least three weeks in advance. We must have a major credit card to guarantee your reservation on all of our packages.
To ensure our guests receive the comfort and satisfaction they deserve during their time spent with us, we base our pricing on the complete service time booked. This includes initial consultation, technical service, ending consultation and product recommendation to experience at home until your next appointment.
Are you looking for a new and exciting gift idea for friends or family members? We offer to opportunity to customize you hair care and total body needs with gift baskets or gift certificates.
As a courtesy to other guests and to our staff, please give a notice of cancellation or change your spa appointment at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time to avoid being charged 50% of the treatment's value. Cancellations within 24 hours prior to a scheduled treatment will be charged in full. No-shows will also be charged in full. Same-day spa appointments are non-cancelable and are charged at full value regardless of appearance. Please note that if you arrive late for your treatment, it will end as scheduled so as not to delay the next scheduled guest.
For the peace, quiet and mental well-being of our guests, we respectfully request that you leave pagers and cell phones turned off. Emerald Cut is a non-smoking environment. Children must have adult supervision at all times.
We have attracted experienced therapists from around the country who share a passion for contributing to the wellness of our guests. Each completes a rigorous training program, allowing for slight variations in technique, naturally expected from one therapist to the next, all within our strict protocol.
Our services do not include tax and gratuities. In appreciation of outstanding service, gratuities may be given at your discretion. Our wellness coordinators at the front desk will be delighted to assist you.
